Damn…can’t we find better ways to spend taxpayer dollars? While I can follow and maybe even support the argument that we need to bailout banks to prevent a cascading effect that shuts down the entire economy (although I could also argue that the bailout didn’t achieve the desired impact), bailing out automakers seems ridiculous.
