Boulder to London

Well…I finally made it back from Germany today and proceeded directly to the office for another long day. I will be back at it tomorrow. If all goes well, we’ll pull a rabbit out of the hat and get something put together for the client meeting on Tuesday. Prior to leaving, I had a great visit with my Dad, brother and Joslyn who were here for almost two weeks visiting (one week of which I missed out on since I had to head to Germany)…I hope they had a great time as well. The good new is that we’re actually incredibly busy, which I’m very thankful for.

Hope everyone is keeping up with their New Year’s resolutions. Mine were pretty light this year. I pretty much committed to living a full and eventful life in London. I’m still getting used to living abroad and would like to travel some more around Europe. I know it’s not much of a commitment or resolution, but I feel like I’ve come pretty far in the last two years.

I’m also about done with the book “Hot, Flat and Crowded”. Great book by Thomas Friedman on what is happening to the earth as more people continue to use more energy. Maybe I’ll write a more thorough review when I get some time.
