Boulder to London

It’s been a long time since I’ve had two full weeks off from work and I’m actually looking forward to getting back tomorrow.   The past week has been full of doing a lot of nothing which is absolutely perfect. My brother Jim is in town and we’ve spent our time in London exploring a bit on foot, hanging out in pubs, watching movies, the President’s cup and playing cards. It’s been perfect. The weather hasn’t been great, but it hasn’t been awful either so we’ve been able to do almost everything that we’d hoped to.

It’s probably hard to believe, but since moving to London I’ve never had a proper Sunday Roast. Jim and I decided that today is the day that we head out and partake in this culinary tradition. Melisse gets back tomorrow from her sister’s wedding in Texas (Congrats Ben and Celeste!) so it will be good to have her home and I know she’s excited to really focus on her art studies for the next couple of months.
